Pre-Placement Talks
Prior to the campus selection process, DKTE’S YCP organizes pre-placement talks where representatives from participating companies are invited to interact with students. These sessions provide insights into the company's culture, job roles, career prospects, and other relevant information.
Registration:
Interested companies register for campus placements through an online portal provided by DKTE’S YCP. This registration includes providing details about the company, job profiles, and any specific requirements
Screening and Shortlisting
DKTE’S YCP reviews the registered companies and their requirements. Based on this, eligible students are shortlisted to participate in the recruitment process. This may involve criteria such as academic performance, skill set, and other specified qualifications.
Pre-Placement Activities
Prior to the recruitment drive, DKTE’S YCP conducts various preparatory activities for students, including resume writing workshops, mock interviews, aptitude test training, and soft skills development sessions. These activities aim to equip students with the necessary skills and confidence to excel in the selection process.
Offer Letters & Selection
After the completion of the selection process, companies extend job offers to the selected candidates. DKTE’S YCP facilitates the communication between the companies and the students, ensuring a smooth transition from selection to onboarding.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
Post-placement, DKTE’S YCP seeks feedback from both the companies and the students to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process. Any areas for improvement are identified and addressed to enhance the quality of future placements.
Alumni Engagement
DKTE’S YCP maintains a strong network of alumni who have been successfully placed in various organizations. Alumni are actively involved in mentoring current students, sharing their experiences, and providing guidance on career opportunities, thereby enriching the overall placement process
Follow-Up Support
DKTE’S YCP offers ongoing support to students who have been placed, including assistance with joining formalities, relocation support, and career guidance. This ensures a smooth transition for students as they embark on their professional journey
